Terms & Conditions — Ramsbothams Florist
1. Products
All products are subject to availability. If a specific flower or product is unavailable, we may substitute it with something of equal value and quality and will contact you where possible before doing so.
If we are unable to fulfil your order at all, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 30 days.
Some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns.
When purchasing alcohol, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. It is an offence for anyone under 18 to buy alcohol.
2. Prices & Delivery Fees
All prices are fixed at the time of order and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout:

3. Ordering & Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
.Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us — not the automated acknowledgement sent on submission. We cannot accept orders from anyone under the age of 18.
4. Delivery & Collection
We deliver across all Milton Keynes postcodes and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside Milton Keynes, we use Direct 2 Florist as our preferred partner. Where Direct 2 Florist does not cover the delivery area, we will source a carefully selected, high-rated independent local florist. A service charge of 15% of the order value will apply in either case, which will be shown at checkout. We do not use Interflora or any relay service.
Please note that for all third-party deliveries, we are not responsible for the quality, presentation, or packaging of the flowers. Fulfilment is carried out by the third-party florist and any concerns regarding the arrangement or packaging should be raised with us and we will liaise with the florist on your behalf.
Same-day delivery cut-off times:
Monday to Friday: order before 3:00pm
Saturday: order before 2:00pm
Sunday: order before 12:00pm
Orders placed after these times will be delivered the following available day. We do not deliver on Public Holidays — orders will be delivered the next working day.
Click & Collect is available from our store at 149 Larch Grove, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK2 2LQ:
Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 2:30pm
Sunday: until 12:00pm
Not available on Public Holidays
Please wait for your order confirmation before coming to collect.
Our physical store is open Monday to Saturday. We do not open on Sundays, but online
orders and Sunday delivery are available.
For deliveries to offices, hospitals, or other business premises, a signature from any authorised person at the address is accepted as proof of delivery. We cannot deliver wine or plants to hospitals, funeral directors, airports, or ships.
If no one is available to accept delivery, we will attempt a neighbour or leave a card for the recipient to arrange redelivery.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the intended delivery date. We cannot accept cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance as flowers and materials will already have been prepared.

The remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days. Cancellations are only accepted when confirmed by us in writing.

6. Flower Care
Every bouquet includes a care card and flower food. To get the best from your flowers:
Remove them from the box and packaging as soon as possible after receip
Trim the stems and place in a clean vase with fresh water
Use the flower food provided and change the water every 1–2 daysKeep away from direct heat and sunlight
We cannot accept responsibility for flowers that have deteriorated because they were not removed from the delivery box, kept in unchanged water, or not cared for in line with the instructions on the care card provided.
7. Customer Services & Complaints
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery. Include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Where a valid complaint is received, we will offer an appropriate remedy — replacement, credit note, or refund — in line with your statutory rights.
8. Liability
We are not liable for losses beyond your direct order value, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our maximum liability is limited to three times the value of your order.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
9. General
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal data is used only to fulfil your order, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
