A Mother’s Day Greetings Card is included as standard. For another occasion, you can request a different greetings card by telling us the occasion in your order notes. Add your personal card message too.
Presented in a florist carrier box, this complete gift set includes a flower care card and flower food.
Please note: Photos show the gift set’s presentation style with a Mother’s Day card. Flower shades, foliage and packaging may vary, with seasonal substitutions of equal quality and value. Your gift set will still include one Velvet Woods & Amber Candle and one greetings card for your requested occasion. Card designs may vary.
After delivery, trim the ends of the stems and place the flowers in a vase with fresh water. Replace the water regularly.

We hand-deliver flowers in Bletchley, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Same-day delivery: when to order
- Monday–Friday: order before 3pm for delivery that day.
- Saturday: order before 2pm for delivery that day.
- Sunday: order before 12 noon for delivery that day.
We offer same-day flower delivery 7 days a week. Please order before the cut-off time shown above. Pre-order products and funeral flowers need advance notice.
Standard delivery hours
- Monday–Saturday: 11am–5pm.
- Sunday: 11am–2pm.
We do not offer delivery time slots or early-delivery requests for standard flower deliveries. Your flowers may arrive at any time during our delivery hours. Please do not call to request an arrival time or an earlier delivery.
Delivery during busy periods
During busy periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, deliveries may arrive after 6pm. We cannot offer delivery time slots or guarantee an arrival time during these periods.
Delivery charges
Delivery starts from £5. The charge depends on the delivery postcode.
Collection
- Monday–Friday: 11am–4pm.
- Saturday: 11am–2pm.
- No collections on Sundays.
Please allow at least two hours before collecting and choose an available collection date when ordering.
Funeral flowers
Please allow at least three days’ notice for funeral flowers, or five days for designs containing lilies.
Funeral flower deliveries are different from standard flower deliveries: delivery timing is arranged with the funeral director to fit the service.
